Can I use Facturation Rapide on my phone?
Yes. Every screen is designed for phones: large touch targets, invoice lines shown as cards, total and actions always visible at the bottom. You can also install the app on your home screen.
Can I really customize the invoice?
Yes. In the Studio, you move and resize every block (logo, client, table, totals, signature, QR…), choose your colours and font, and add a background image you can move, enlarge, shrink, rotate and make transparent.
How are taxes handled?
GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) are preconfigured and can be turned on invoice by invoice. Amounts are calculated to the exact cent, line by line, with discounts and non-taxable lines.
Does the PDF look like the preview?
Yes. The preview and the PDF use the same layout engine and the same settings (positions, sizes, background image). The services table grows and continues on the next page when needed.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
The plan is monthly, with no commitment. In this demo, no payment is requested or processed: subscription management is shown in demo mode.
Where is my data?
In the demo, all your data stays on your device (browser local storage). Nothing is sent over the internet. You can export your data or reset the demo from the settings.
Can I have several templates?
Yes, as many as you need: one per type of job or per client. Each client can have a default template, and a sent invoice keeps the look it had when it was sent, forever.
